HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PC?
Your estimated shipping timeframe is shown right above in the Dispatch Time heading of your order summary.
Once logged in, you can also track exactly where your PC is in the process using the status progress bar, from Order Placed all the way to Shipped. We'll keep things moving and keep you updated at every stage!
WHEN WILL I GET TRACKING DETAILS?
Once your system is packed and booked with the courier, we’ll send you a tracking email. If your order is marked as “Shipped” but you haven’t received tracking within 24 hours, get in touch and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
WHERE CAN I FIND SHIPPING TIMES?
We ship all orders from Adelaide, South Australia, so delivery times will depend on where you’re located.
The best way to check estimated delivery timeframes is through Australia Post, using Beverley, SA 5009 as the origin. You can view their delivery speeds and coverage here.
If you're local to Adelaide, we offer free local pickup from Beverley, SA 5009. Just reply to your confirmation email or call us on 1300 804 555 to arrange it - we’ll refund your shipping cost once pickup is confirmed.

WHAT IF I ORDERED OTHER ITEMS?
If you've purchased a peripheral such as a monitor, keyboard, or mouse along with your PC, they may ship out on the same day or within the next business day, before the PC is dispatched.
In some cases, all items may be collated and shipped together - it depends on timing and stock availability.
Either way, you’ll receive tracking updates for everything once it’s on the move!
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE?
You can make changes to a PC order while it is in the Queued phase. After this, editing will be locked.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE WINDOWS ON MY NEW PC?
You’ll find your Windows product key on the tax invoice/packing slip, which is included in your accessories box. It’s printed near the bottom of the page.
You can also access your tax invoice digitally - just scroll to the top of this page, and you’ll find it above the order summary. If it’s missing, check your shipping confirmation email for a PDF version, or get in touch and we’ll send it through.
To activate Windows:
Open Settings Click System > Activation Click Change Product Key Enter your Windows code, then hit Activate
Once that’s done, your Windows will be fully activated and ready to roll!
